the local web gui wont work on a new installation, yet remote web gui works, and so does the local windows gui? web server is set to 443 on all ips core server will accept remoteon all ips probe is a local probe

do you mean the web-interface listening on 127.0.0.1? If so, do you get any error when browsing to it?
