Hallo

Ich habe versucht einen Autodiscover über einen gesamten IP-Range zu machen, und dabei das Windows Detail Template verwendet.

Die Folge war, dass der Monitor-Server über 500 Requests hatte (bei ca. 250 Devices) und sich aufgehängt hat.

Ich habe nun einen Autodiscover gemacht und nur den Ping-Sensor verwendet, dies ging erstmal gut und werde die Templates nachträglich anwenden.

Könnt ihr dieses Problem bestätigen oder gibts eine andere Variante?

welche Eckdaten hat der PRTG Server?

Bitte auch mal mit der aktuellen 8.2 Version probieren.

  • windows 2008 R2 auf ESX 4.1
  • 4GB Ram
  • 2x xeon core2 (inzwischen habe ich 4 CPUs zugewiesen)

kann ich gerne mal testen :-)
