Why does Outlook hang when clicking on PRTG alert

I and a co-worker have Outlook 2010 32bit. When we click on emails from PRTG, it quite often hangs our Outlook, have you seen this before?

I'm afraid we haven't seen this before. We receive PRTG mails using Exchange 2010 as well and haven't had any issues so far.

Do you use Xobni? It may have something to do with that Outlook addin. I am trying a couple of things and will update when I find out more.

We don't use Xobni, so we wouldn't know if this causes any issues.
