How can I monitor Exchange smart host queue

We have two Exchange 2007 servers that use a smart host to send out Email. I let the auto discovery run on both servers and it found a bunch of WMI sensors including some queues. However it does not list the smart host queue we had and I would like to monitor that.

You could try adding a Custom WMI sensor using the necessary WQL statement for the specific class:
