May I put in "Sensor Name" a variable like an OID string?

Would be very useful to have the "Sensor Name" not fixed, but like a "string formula" to show shortly and dynamically more information. E.g.: a sensor showing disk partitions usage: partition name read by OID in the sensor's name field and percentage used read by another OID in sensor's proprer value field. Now how can I accomplish a similar result?
