Is it possible to monitor e-mail queue?

One of our customer wants to know if it is possible to monitor his e-mail queue of IronPort appliance. If so, how can we do that?

If the device supports SNMP, Cisco might have some MIBs for it that include these counters.

Did you already check on the Cisco web page for MIBs?
