Can you create new triggers with the API?

I noticed that the API directory on the server contains a newtrigger.htm file. Is it possible to use this to create new notifications in a sensor?

And is there a complete list of all available actions in the API and detailed usage instructions?

The current API documentation contains all API calls that we officially support right now.

Yes, PRTG's WebGUI does use other API calls as well, but these should not be considered "stable". These API calls, their parameters and possible values may change at any time. That's the reason we do not document these API calls right now.
