How can i measure electrical interference with help of PRTG

How can i use PRTG to measure electrical interference on my network? We have been experiencing some electrical interference / noise on our network, this have been measured by professional people but is it possible for me to see a pattern in one of PRTG's sensors that i have this form of noise on my network.

We are also experiencing a huge difference in response time index, lowest value is 12% and the highest value is at this time 93%, could this be an index of noise.

This monitor have been measured with values as low as between 50% and 55% and then suddenly it is measured between those values 12% - 93% that is at this time.
