I want to do a report that is stored as pdf. The pdf will be stored, but in it is no data. Only a deny message from our proxy server.
The HTML-report works properly.
We have an network monitor version 8.1.2.1766.
Must I enable anything on the proxy server?

Hello,
i have looked again on our proxy Server. The Proxyserver tries to reach the port on his loopback.
Can I configure the Software to use its network address instead of the loopback.
When I am logged in as a user on the server the loopback works, also on port 8085. I have also copied the link thats on our proxy it works also fine on the server.
I think that the software doesn't bypass the proxy for local adresses or only for the loopback.
We use the Software on Windows Server 2008R2.

Hello,
it is not possible to change the IP used for the PDF-Report rendering. It has to be 127.0.0.1. Please configure your Proxy accordingly.
Best Regards.

Hello,
by default PRTG uses 127.0.0.1:8085 for the PDF-Generation of its reports. You can either change this (see How To Change the Port Used for Report Generation? or, of course, configure the Proxy to "ignore" this port.
Best Regards.
