Is that possible to monitor network connection between two remote probes?

Is that possible to monitor network connection between two remote probes? Let's say I have node A and Node B and I am monitoring both nodes from my PRTG server . is there any way to monitor the network connection (ping/delay) between node A and Node B using remote probes ?

use a QoS sensor.
