Microsoft's WMI provides two methods for reading free disk space—a simple "disk free" and a method that considers the actual volume. PRTG offers both request methods in its interface—namely WMI Disk Free and WMI Volume.
If—as in your case—WMI does not provide correct values, please try with the other method, using the more advanced WMI Volume sensor in PRTG.
