I am trying to get alerts set up to send to our zendesk email account. I receive the following error. I already checked with Microsoft and have confirmed that clutter is disabled on the account (Office365 usage) I am sending email with the default snmp server.

I had changed the From. I will give that a try and let you know how it works. I went back to using the default SMTP Server instead of using O365 as a relay and was able to get my alerts configured.
Thanks!

Hello there,
Are you using maybe a different "From" address in notification template that addresses the Zendesk email account?
Just asking because I found this here:
"This applies to all email clients using smtp-mail.outlook.com to send email. Sometime near the beginning of July (2017), there was a change that disallowed you using a return email address that is not in your list of verified email aliases or connected accounts. In other words, you can't change the "From" field in emails you send to an anonymous email address."
Kind regards,
Erhard
