"WMI service" sensor for Windows Server

It is found the "WMI service" sensors on Windows servers not work suddenly. However, other WMI sensors (e.g. WMI CPU) work normally (i.e. WMI Credentials should be okay) Then, I try to create new "WMI service" sensor for these servers and it halts at "Preparing sensor settings..." window. Any idea? Thanks.
