Import User Groups

Hello PRTG Support,

we are setting up PRTG in multi Domain environment. We know that PRTG can only be integrated to one Domain. Ist there any possibility to either import another domain groups that contain users "Contacts" or at least the Email address of distribution groups programmatically? Using PRTG API or any other ways?

Hi there,

Unfortunately, there is no "Mass-Import"-possibility within PRTG. There is also no way to import a lot of users via the API.

However you can define email addresses and numbers without any users behind them. There are fields where you can define them in free-text.
