Dear, in a certain client we are not able to open his prtg via cell phone (android) I tested on his cell the prtg of other clients and opened only his does not open, the message appears "Error I could not retricieve the passhash. Perhaps your password is wrong " I tested that client on different androids and none worked

The failing login is probably because of a missing D-H key on the PRTG server. Please see this article on how to connect with Android after receiving this error message.
