Adding Similar Devices with script

Dear Technical team, I wonder to know if it is possible to add several devices ( like 5 iLOs with a script ) , is there any solution like windows powershell to do that? thanks in advance,

You could use the PRTG API in a powershell script using invoke-webrequest.

The semi-automatic method build into PRTG is the usage of an auto-discovery group.
