One of our remote probes is attempting to do the TLS handshake with TLSv1.0 instead of TLSv1.2 like our other probes so it cannot connect to the core server (on TCP 23560). I am guessing it is something on the Remote Probe Windows 2012 R2 host OS but I am not sure what to change to force the probe to use TLSv1.2. Thanks in advance

Hi Chris,
On the probe's end there are usually no settings for this, at least not as far as the remote probe configuration is concerned. Make sure you have it configured properly on the PRTG server's end, you do so in Setup | System Administration | Core & Probes | Probe Connection Settings | Connection Security and set it to "High Security". That way the core server will accept only TLS1.2 connections from the probes.
Kind regards,
Erhard
