I would like to configure email notifications to send separately so the same notification would go to 2 different users, but those users would get separate emails instead of both being included on the To: line of the same email. Can this be done and what is the proper way to set this up. Would separate user accounts with their own notification contacts work for this or do I need to use separate notification templates?

Hi there,

You need to create two notification templates, each one addressing the respective user and make sure that you have notification triggers in place that trigger both notification templates.
