PRTG Probe health down

Suddenly the probe health of my PRTG system is showing down. The other two system health and core health are up. I have seen this question here like twice but no answer, Please help. I sent screenshots and logs to support@paessler.com

Did you receive the mail from Felix on January 4th, 2019 (21:56:05 +01:00)? If not, please proceed to update your PRTG to the latest version via Setup | Auto Update (as yours is already nine months old) and see if the issues persists :)
