Can't add Dell PowerEdge Physical Disk Sensor on a PowerEdge T630.

Attempting to use iDrac method. HealthSensor works fine. Have used Physical Disk sensor on several other Dells with no issue. iDrac firmware is updated to the latest.

When attempting an uptime with SNMP tester, I get a response but it also includes errors. The recommended walk for iDrac PowerEdge is coming up blank.

What should I try?

UPTIME:

12/28/2018 5:28:03 PM (6 ms) : SNMP V2c
12/28/2018 5:28:03 PM (7 ms) : Uptime
12/28/2018 5:28:03 PM (15 ms) : SNMP Datatype: ASN_TIMETICKS
12/28/2018 5:28:03 PM (17 ms) : -------
12/28/2018 5:28:03 PM (18 ms) : DISMAN-EVENT-MIB::sysUpTimeInstance = 24899 ( 4 minutes 8 seconds )
12/28/2018 5:28:03 PM (25 ms) : SNMP Datatype: SNMP_EXCEPTION_NOSUCHOBJECT
12/28/2018 5:28:03 PM (28 ms) : HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrSystemUptime.0 = No such object (SNMP error # 222) ( 0 seconds )
12/28/2018 5:28:03 PM (30 ms) : Done

WALK:

12/28/2018 5:28:49 PM (8 ms) : SNMP V2c
12/28/2018 5:28:49 PM (11 ms) : Walk 1.3.6.1.4.1.674.10892.5.5.1.20.130.4.1

Any help appreciated.

Hello there, we appreciate your inquiry.

The error in the uptime query is perfectly fine since the iDRAC doesn't implement the HOST-RESOURCES-MIB. But the two results you've shared mean that while SNMP is enabled/configured (and working) the host doesn't provide data from the Physical Disk Table. It appears to be empty.

If you've tried the usual (Disable and re-enable SNMP and restart the iDRAC) and you still don't get any results when you walk 1.3.6.1.4.1.674.10892.5.5.1.20.130.4 I encourage you to follow-up with Dell, since they have a lot more insight into their SNMP agent than we do. And once the data becomes available the sensors in PRTG should work as well.

In this case, I switched to adding the sensor via the local probe (physical machine) as I had OpenManage installed as opposed to using the iDrac.
