Is it possible to synthesize a transaction in an ERP system with PRTG?

For example: You have an ERP like SAP, PeopleSoft, MS Dynamics, etc with a web-based front-end. I want to be able to perform a transaction by getting PRTG to log in, going to a specific page, and performing a request to a certain resource, and seeing if there is a specific response or error code that comes back. This should then be displayed in the PRTG monitoring interface.

by the way, please have a look at the knowledgebase-entry Can I monitor SAP database systems with PRTG? with the entry SAP Monitoring Using Custom Sensors.

There are sensors used which gets data from a SAP system and displayed in the PRTG monitoring.
