No acknowledge ability on alarms

I can not acknowledge any alarms and it is really getting irritating so without that ability I end up just ignoring alarms which is not good...

Hello there,

Please let us know how you are trying to acknowledge an alarm, so we can recreate your issue.

There are different ways to acknowledge alarms. I will explain one here:

right-click a Sensor in down state
go to "Acknowledge Alarm" and choose the corresponding time span
the Sensor should be acknowledged afterwards
Please let us know your results.
