Monitor VLAN Usage

Hello ALL, I have a Windows DHCP Server. Is it possible to monitor a Scope usage declared in this DHCP Server?

Your title made me expect something completely different.

Do I understand it right that you simply want to monitor the usage of a DHCP scope of a Windows server?
