Map refresh keeps failing

Hi,

I have recently finished another PRTG installation for a customer of our company. However, when I want to display the map I made for their servers it keeps saying map refresh failed. It looks like when their's 2 people watching at the map at 2 different IPs that for 1 person the map does not load.

What else could the problems be with map refreshes failing? Do I have some sort of stupid setting configured that makes it do this?

Already found it. It was the ''map is available for public access'' on the map's settings.
