Dear Support Team, I have for example 4 sensors that are related together. It means they belong to 4 devices that have a hierarchical relationship in network. It means if sensor 1 of device 1 goes over its threshold, it cause to sensor 1 of device 2 also goes over its threshold and .... until last device. Because when traffic increases on first device, it will immediately increases on related link on network. Then i will immediately receive 4 alarm and 4 email notification. Can PRTG realize the chain of services? Is there any solution that i receive 1 alarm or at least 1 notification about this issue instead of 4 alarm or notification? Please note that notification summarization will not help me. (At least as far as I understood) Thanks a lot for your help

Thanks for helping, Florian! The Business Process Sensor might also be able to do what you're looking for.

Hi Hossein,
Did you look at this? https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/object_hierarchy
If that does not help you - you could also use the Sensor Factory Sensor or the Business Sensor instead... you could disable the high load alarms on the source sensors/channels and therefor create e.g. a Sensor Factory Sensor and collect the data to one single sensor and alert on this one single sensor.. allowing you as well to see all four data sources in one single graph - what would have it advantages if I interpret it right what you wrote.
