Is there a document on all the parameters that the report template uses.

For example:

<#report type="list" ...> What parameters are accepted here and what does each parameter mean.
<#report type="statstable" ...> I'm assuming this takes different parameters. 
<#report type="clusterloop" ..> etc

Basically is there a detailed documentation for available reporting "tags" and any other tags used in the templates.

I'm afraid there is no documentation on all parameters. But within this link you should find anything you need for the customization of report templates.
