I would like to know if it is possible to create a custom css containing some elements used in the bootstrap, type alerts, panels, labels. Can you give an example?

We're using a very stripped down bootstrap, so you're unable to use anything from bootstrap.com. You could create your own custom map object that has the corresponding CSS code, but it's likely to mess up the webinterface of PRTG... :/
