I was able to locate the following MIB file for the 4000 series from Siemens.

http://www.circitor.fr/Mibs/Mib/S/SIEMENS-HP4KHIM-MIB.mib

You can import it with our MIB Importer. It doesn't have any dependencies. From there you can use an SNMP Library sensor to walk it and see what all your device returns.

Past that, you would need to reach out to Siemens to see if they have any other MIB files that are applicable to this model.

Each field has a descriptor. Were you able to import it into the MIB Importer? What kind of stats are you looking for?
