High CPU Utilization of the Local Probe Device

I am installing the PRTG (18.4.45) on the windows server 2016 which consist of 4 processor and 16GB memory. Also adding the network devices detail for the monitoring. But the cpu utilization of the local probe device is always high (greater than 70%). I am not able to understand why these cpu utilization is always high?? Is these happening due to OS ???
