I using default notification PRTG VIA Telegram.What placeholders (variables) can I use For CPU load, RAM,Free disk space and ping via telegram ?

Well, basically you can use %lastvalue and %lastmessage. Since a notification is mostly sensor based, there's no way of combining them within one notification. See this for available placeholders in PRTG :)
