Hi,
I'm testing PRTG right now for my network monitoring.
I have enabled netflow v9, but I can't find options to:
- Generate historical reports with filters like source or destination IP.
- Filter live netflow traffic by source or destination IP, or port.
I know that You can specify a filter when applying the sensor,
but I would like to monitor/capture "everything" and then filter it out with some kind of display filter.

I'm afraid that neither of these (#1 or #2) can be done with PRTG at the moment.
For performance reasons, we only store data that is not excluded by filters. And data is not modified once it is stored.
This means that any filter that you configure in the sensor's settings only applies while it is active. And data stored to disk is static, it can't be refined further. In PRTG Toplists can give you a few other dimensions, if you're working with Netflow:
