Im using syslog sensor. Syslogs messages are logged succesfully.
I need in graphs parse data not after severity (error, warning, messages) but after specific word in text column "Message"
It is possible?

Did you look at the filter rules? This might help you already - cause you can filter for messages...

What you probably need to do is set up a second SysLog sensor/Port incoming and use that one filtered so you have the graphs as you want them due to the filtering, while you keep the original one to collect em all.
Other than that the PRTG support team might know a few more tricks..
