Hi! I'd like to try prtg for android app. But i can't find QR code for connection. In instruction noticed, QR code placed on My account web-page on my server. But there is no any QR code. Maybe i look in to wrong place? Or what?

Thank you very much for your post.

You'll find the QR code within PRTG's web interface. Navigate to "Setup | Account Settings | My Account". The QR Code is located in the upper right corner and can be enlarged by clicking on it.

I have PRTG users with "Read Only" rights, they haven't access to "My account" page, where can they find this QR-code (incl. passhash), or what access rights i need to give them to access "My account" page?

Users need access to their account page, which requires write-permissions. Note that you cannot see the passhash as another user, you'll need to be logged in as the user you'd like to see the QR code for. The button for it is shown at the very top of the My Account page.
