Hello,
Recently we had an issue where the services are not really stop but are hanging. Is there a way to find out those types of services which are hanged from PRTG. Can it be deducted and send notifications similar to the service is down ?
Thanks.

A hanging service is rather hard to detect unfortunately. If Windows still considers it as running, then there's not much PRTG can do. You could only configure the recovery options of the service to see if that helps. Other than that, perhaps it's possible to figure out the actual issue with the service(s)?
