Hi,

I have problems with my lan. So I intalled PRTG to check it. My problem is getting connections for https sites. Usually I a have the problem in chrome. Edge works much better.

When I opened a new tab and type https://www.amazon.com I can't load the page. When I tried to reload the page in chrome and switch to the edge browser immediately the site appears directly in chrome. In other words, when chrome lost his focus the site appears.

Here is the error message in PRTG:

Failed to establish secure connection [Step 0] Socket Error # 10061 Connection refused. [Step 1] Socket Error # 10061 Connection refused. [Step 2] Socket Error # 10061 Connection refused. [Step 3] Socket Error # 10061 Connection refused. [Step 4] Socket Error # 10061 Connection refused. [Step 5] Socket Error # 10061 Connection refused. [Unsecure] IOHandler value is not valid

I don't understand it.

I'm afraid we can't help you with your problem. I can confirm that the sensor is also not able to establish a connection.

To solve this, I would check the following:
- does that happen with other machines in your network also?
- disable browser addons
- check the configuration of your browser, for example is there a proxy configured?
