I have few devices (cisco, APC, HP etc), and i have some SNMP (v3) sensors for it.
After i have change SNMP password for cisco devices, its SNMP sensors stopped to work. What I've done:

  1. Re-create devices
  2. Update PRTG to latest stable version
  3. Restart probe and server services. All this actions had no success for me. Credential I entered is absolutely correct, I check it via Paessler SNMP tester (check uptime of devices).

How can I fix this problem?

Hi there,

Could you post the log of the "Read Device Uptime"-Scan from within the SNMP Tester?

Best regards.
