I want to monitor disk usage - not so much performance in/out, but no options in default VMware SOAP sensor. Watch up Gold can do this - so it is possible. I dont want to create SNMP sensor - it's a big job to do that for a large number of servers.

The PRTG VMare sensors do not look into the VM, as we do not expect VMware tools to be installed in every VM to expose values such as disk utilization to the outside (through the ESXi server). So the VM would really have to be created as a device in PRTG.
