am trying to add the domain user to the group but am unable to add

i have created three groups 1)prtg administrator -where in user is onlyme 2)monitoring -where in i need to add all domain users,previously there were some users i removed them now i want to add new user which i cannot do & all this are member of domain group so how to add it.

Active directory users are added when they log into PRTG. They will be created within their corresponding groups. Does that work?
