Hello! Our monitoring group interested in using popular messengers for Alerting from PRTG, is it possible to implement?

1) WhatsApp 2) Skype for Business (Lync) 3) Viber

Not sure about the once mentioned above - but the usual common messengers that work well on SmartPhones and Computers are supported, like:

SLACK
Microsoft TEAMS

They are free (MS teams now as well) and work very well - while you have them with you everywhere, on your phone, on your Workstation(s) etc... all cloud based and in sync.

In the end - everything that has an API for a BOT can be used..
