The sensor load indication applies to the probe that the sensor is installed on? Or is it the load off the device that is begin monitored?
This isn't clear for me after browsing this KB.
Thanks in advance

We were looking at the Disk-space sensors for our VMwares. (The vCenter SOAP sensor has a lot of channels, but unfortunately no disk-free channel)
If it would only apply to the load off the probe, we could boost the performance of the probe. If it would apply to both the probe and target system, we must be more careful.
Thanks for the clarification.

It applies to both, depending on the type and "size" of the query, as the target device needs to respond to the query and PRTG has to evaluate it :) What particular sensor are we talking about?
