I've just installed the prtg server a week ago and there is one host in which the ping fails, even though the host is up and I can ping it through the command line. Already tried to erase thesensor and add it again, and it still fails :/

Can you advise please?

What exactly is the error message of the Ping Sensor? Have you checked the device settings if there is the correct IP or DNS or FQDN entered?

I deleted the device and add it again, and the ping sensor started to work :)
