Hi,

I just want to ask if it is possible in PRTG to send email notification with only just local mail server?(Without internet) Thank you in advance! :)

Yes, if you go to Setup -> System Administration -> Notification Delivery, you can specify the mail server you want PRTG to relay messages. This can be any server you want it to be.
