Currently we have Ping and SNMP sensors on all of our Xerox Copier devices but the SNMP sensors essentially just give us total page count. The other channels don't work. Is there a better way to monitor Xerox devices? Thanks

Did you check if you can get some MIB/SNMP/OID files for Xerox? I don't have one around but thats the first thing you need to check for - but many printer vendors are not very "sharing" when it comes to that.
You would need to do an SNMP walk through a lower OID and see what the printer might be able to provide to you - often the channels have a description in a .......1.1 channel and then the value in a .........2.1 channel right next to it..
There is some pretty good documentation on the PRTG/Paessler websites and KB on how to do a SNMP walk to find values etc...
