Public map fails with 401 Unauthorized

We use a public PRTG map for a large monitoring status screen, normally it updates itself, but occassionally it stop, showing a "Loading..." message at the top, and not update.

Looking at the developer console in Chrome, it's showing a 401 Unathorized error.

Please send us logs for further investigation ("Setup | Contact Support", you can enter the PAExxxx id you've received with the confirmation email for the knowledgebase post as ticket reference).
