Is it possible to change the location that reports are stored at? Also, is it possible to create the CSV for the reports without the accompanying PDF?

Thank you for your contact.

Unfortunately, both is not possible. I even checked some registry hacks but the output is hardly coded to the PRTG data directory and also the CSV/XML export, which just comes with data table compatible templates, is directly connected to the PDF file.

Please check Historic Data Reports for an export of only the raw data CSV/XML file. The Historic Data Report is available on sensor level.
