Hi,

We use daily R.A.G (Red, Amber, Green) reporting via an Excel spreadsheet and VBA (using PRTG 6 as the ssource) to report on errors and alerts on production servers and infrastructure etc.

What I am trying to clarify is whether automated RAG reporting can be facilitated from PRTG (ie. can automated reports can be issued from the current version of PRTG itself (without involving Excel) to identify issues?

Maybe the Status2Email tool can be of help here.
Status2Email by default sends the current alarms and warnings by email

Using various parameters, you can adjust the output to your own needs
