We are monitoring hundreds of switches with snmp rmon. On every port there is an channel paketloss.
How can I create a list or a report which shows me every port with paketloss in the last week?

Have you already checked the "Report" section within PRTG. You can enter it from the navigation bar above. Simply create a new report, set your settings such as Template, Paper Size etc. within the "Settings" tab and select the relevant sensors from the "Select Sensors Manually" tab. You can disable and enable the corresponding sensor channels here.
Afterwards, run the report from the "Run Now" tab and select the wished time period for it.
