Dear wmcdade_tcut,
for this case, we need screenshots and log files. Please contact us at via email, at support@paessler.com.
Please describe the error, and include screenshots of one of those sensors:
- the overview tab of a single sensor (where the gauges are shown)
- the logs tab of that sensor
- the settings tab (multiple screenshots if necessary to cover all options.)
Please capture the whole PRTG user interface in any screenshot and send them as email file attachment. Please capture the full interface in any screenshot, because if parts are cut off, important context would be missing.
In addition, please open the "Settings" tab of the sensor and enable "Write sensor result to disk". After the next scan, please find the log files in "C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\Logs (Sensors)" and attach those to the email as well.
