A software was automatically downloaded and an install attempted on the evening of the 22nd. I am not sure that it fully installed, but the version reported by the admin tool is 18.3.43.2323, which i believe is the most up to date version.
The problem is that I can no longer access the web monitor. The web server is listening on the correct IP address via the admin tool. I can get to the login page, but once I log in I get the site refused to connect. The network monitor on the system tray of the server is blinking red with "Not Connected (connection refused). The Enterprise console is simply stating "Not Connected (Error in content).
Ideas?

Usually this message is related to the settings in the "Web Server" tab of the "PRTG Administration Tool". If you have already checked those, please forward us a Support Bundle including the system log files for analysis. This can be done via the "Contact Support" ribbon in the lower right corner of the web interface.
Please also take a look at our new PRTG Desktop Client (BETA). You can install it next to Enterprise Console, no need to uninstall anything.
