Hi

I have problem in PRTG sensor it shows this message 'HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found '

for the standby firewall but I can ping to FW

Could anyone help me to solve this problem ???

Please open a webbrowser of you choice and open the URL of your firewall, does the page successfully load?

i can access to active firewall but for standby firewall it shows the below message

404 Not Found The requested URL /admin/public/index.html was not found on this server.

is it related to this --- there is no compatibility between versions because it started in 13 - AUG when they downloaded this image ?????

Hi Zahraa,

As the website cannot be displayed in a browser as well, I'd recommend to get in touch with the manufacturer of the device to request why the GUI does not show up for the failover node. If you can reach the site via a web browser, PRTG will also be able to monitor it.
